Creating a new WebPage

STEP 1:  First you need to go to the WEBSITE tab and click on NEW PAGE.

    

STEP 2:  Name the new page and choose the page template.

You can either choose the default template, 2 content areas or 3 content areas. 

    

STEP 3:  When selecting your page banner you have different options: no banner, image banner, or bannergadget. 

You also have the option to include promotions in banner by clicking on the box.

  

STEP 4:  Write your page content and don’t forget the side bar as well.

Consider using gadgets like the weathercontact form, newsletter, facebook and content blocks.

  

  

STEP 5:  Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on the  button.

  

Editing a WebPage

  

STEP 1:  Select the Website page you want to work and click on OPEN or double-click over the website page.

STEP 2:  In the website page view, click on EDIT.

  • Here you can change several areas available, according to your needs:

            - Page Settings

            - Banner

            - Page Introduction / Content / Sidebar Content 

            - Page SEO

  • In case you are familiar with HTML language, you can take advantage of our Source Code (HTML Editor) to make any changes you desire, by clicking on the relevant button. 

  

  • A new pop up window will appear so you are able to make your changes. Make sure you click UPDATE to save them.

  

Sometimes when using Copy & PASTE option to add content from different sources into your website, the text brings some unformatted text, different font sizes and/or types or even strange symbols that do not match your website layout. 

  • In order to make sure the new content will not bring unformatted text again, please use the feature "Paste as text", or use a simple Text Formatting Tool from your computer:

  

When you click on it, a message will appear advising the following:

  

STEP 4:  Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on the  button.

  

Adding a picture to the body of the webpage.

  

STEP 1: First you need to go to the WEBSITE tab and select the Website page you want to work and click on OPEN or double-click over the website page.

  

STEP 2: In the website page view, click on EDIT.

  

STEP 3: Select the content area (Page Introduction or Sidebar Content) where you want to insert the picture and click on the icon  to access the Media Manager area.

  

STEP 4:  Browse your library and select the pictures you want to add to this specific area, by clicking on the INSERT button.

  

STEP 5: When inserting a new image to the website body you can define the size you want, just selecting one of the options available.

  

Note: 

In case the images appear greyed out, this means that image is too small to be used on that area.

Please make sure all the relevant images fit the minimum size required visible at the top of the screen.

Deleting a WebPage

  

STEP 1:  Click twice on the page you want to delete.

    
STEP 2:  Click on DELETE.

    
STEP 3:  A pop up window will appear for you to confirm changes.

  

Click YES and then OK

  

Activate/deactivate a website page?

STEP 1:  Choose the page you wish to activate/deactivate by clicking once on it.

 

STEP 2:  Click on More Options. If you choose Deactivate, the page will no longer appear on the website. If you choose Activate the page will be enabled and will be showned on the website.


  

ATTENTION:

Do not forget to publish your changes, under WEBSITE tab, by clicking on PUBLISH CHANGES, so that all this information becomes available at your website.


Please note that most pages are active and by exception, there are at least 3 that by default are inactive:

  • Products - Vouchers
  • Additional Services - Add-ons
  • Services - Hotel services

Do not forget to translate the page and content blocks that you just created in translate pages and translate gadgets
