Adding a contact form to my webpage

  

STEP 1:  First you need to go to the WEBSITE tab.

    

STEP 2:  Select the page you wish to add the contact form by double-clicking or by clicking the OPEN button.

  

STEP 3:  Click EDIT button, find the PAGE INTRODUCTION section and select the contact form icon.

  

STEP 4:  It will be prompted a window where you will be able to activate the options you want to display.

By clicking on ADD OPTION, you can also add other options that might not be available by default.

  

 STEP 5:  Click on INSERT and make sure the contact form gadget is displayed below, as shown here:

  

STEP 6:  Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on 

  

Editing a contact form

  

STEP 1:  First you need to go to the WEBSITE tab.

  

STEP 2:  Select the page where you wish to edit the Contact Form and Edit the page.

  

STEP 3:  On the “page introduction” section and select the CONTACT FORM  (it will be highlighted as blue) and click on the icon  INSERT CONTACT FORM button.

  

STEP 4:  A modal will prompt with all available options. You will be able to activate the options you want to display.

The default contact types available are:

  • General question
  • Reservation inquiries
  • Meeting and Events information
  • Compliments/Concerns about a previous hotel stay
  • Group requests
  • Career opportunities
  • Partnership
  • And you can also add new types by clicking on Add option

  

STEP 5:  By default, all options are selected and you can select only the ones you want or create new options.

  • Remember to select it if you wish to have it displayed on the Website.

  

STEP 6:  Click on OK button.

  

STEP 7:  Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on .

  

Deactivating the reservation inquiry from the contact form

 

STEP 1:  First you need to go to the WEBSITE tab.

  

STEP 2:  Select the page with the contact form where you wish to place the Reservation Inquiry by double-clicking or by clicking on the OPEN button. Then, click EDIT.

  

STEP 3:  Select the Contact Form icon on tool's bar.

  

STEP 4: It will be presented a window where you can deactivate the options you don't want to display. Select the option box of the Reservation Inquiries to deactivate it.

  

STEP 5:   Click INSERT and the form will be updated to not work as a Reservation Inquiry.

  

STEP 6:   Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on the  button.


ATTENTION:

Do not forget to publish your changes, under WEBSITE tab, by clicking on PUBLISH CHANGES, so that all this information becomes available at your website.
