HyperCommerce - Personalize Interactions

On this panel you will be able to see a summary about the used features and any pending actions.

Each button is in fact a shortcut that will enable you to perform a specific action as follows:


Click-to-Book - Create Links

The number on Click-to-Book shown here reflects the amount of times that a click-to-book link was already generated

When clicking on Create Links button, the Click-to-book tab will open and you will be able to create new links.

Custom Booking Engines - Create a Booking Engine

This value reflects the number of existing Custom Booking Engines.

If you click on "Create a Booking Engine" button, the External Booking Engine tab will open.

Here you will see the list of all existing custom booking engines

By clicking on NEW you will be able to create new External Booking Engines.

Contacts - Engage with Contacts

This number reflects all the General Contacts - read and unread

When selecting the Engage With Contacts button the Contacts - All tab will open.

The first contact will be selected and a reading pane, at the bottom, will display the details.

You will be able to mark the listed contacts as Read and Unread.

Customize Emails

This value reflects the number of email templates that were already updated by the property.

When clicking on Customize Emails button, you will be redirected to the Email Templates area.

Here you will be able to select and edit any email template available.

Unread Messages - Engage with Guests

This value reflects the number of unread Messenger replies

When selecting on the Engage with Guests button, the Messenger - Reservations tab will open.

Here it's possible to select, open and mark the messenger replies sent by guests.

Pending Inquiries - Respond

This number reflects the Inquiries or Action Needed items that are listed on the reservation List.

When selecting the Respond button, the Pending Inquiries Tab will open.
