Reservation Audit Trail
The Guestcentric "Audit Reservation" tool is a helpful resource when troubleshooting reservation delivery.
Please note: This tool was installed the week of September 14th. This means all reservations done prior to this time will not have this resource available. Please contact: Support@Guestcentric.com is you need help reviewing a reservation prior to this date.
First: Locate the reservation under the "Reservations" tab and open it
Next: Click the "Audit" tool to view the history of the reservation
Then: You will see a "+" available to review the communication of data for each action
Lastly: "Copy XML" is available to save and share the log data with Channel Managers, Property Management Systems, or teammates to review.
