I've just created a new offer and its not available on the channel, why?

Please bear in mind that in order for new promotions and/or room types to be available on the channels, you need to make sure you followed these steps: 

  1. First make sure you have created the same offer on the channel side

    • Creating a promotion on guestcentric, doesnt create automatically the same offer on the channels side. This will have to be done directly on the channel extranet.

  2. Perform relevant mappings on SETUP - CHANNEL SETTINGS and then publish updates on REVENUE area

    • This is only valid for guestcentric direct connections (Booking & Expedia). For all the other channels you will need to contact our support team, requesting us to perform needed mappings.
