How to export and convert CSV data from Guestcentric?

Hoteliers are looking more for semester and yearview data reports in Guestcentric which, sometimes, has a lot of information. In order to make hotelier's daily tasks easier and faster, our export data works now with CSV files.

STEP 1: First you need to go to the Reservations Tab

STEP 2: Select the Booking Range you would like to export from Guestcentric extranet and click in the Export Button, mentioned below.

STEP 3: Keep the document at the download area and do not save it before accessing Excel.

STEP 4: Open a new excel document and you will need to select Data, from the Excel menu. Then, you need to select Get External Data > from text CSV/from CSV (different Excel versions might have slight differences)

Step 5: If the Excel version require extra definitions, please take in mind the following steps to see the document correctly:

- Data type: Delimited

- File Origin: Unicode (UTF-8)

- Delimiters: Comma

- Column data format: General

Step 6: Import the final/Get data

And the final document can now be saved directly in the Excel file :)
