How can I request a Payment Gateway integration?

HOME > CHANNEL MANAGER > How can I request a Payment Gateway integration?

The Payment Gateway integration will allow you to charge the reservations you receive through Guestcentric booking engine system.

According to the deposit rules set on the system, the payment gateway will charge immediately the reservation as soon as it’s registered on GuestCentric Backoffice.

The comunication is 1 way only, from GuestCentric service to the Payment Gateway provider.

STEP 1:  First you need to define which will be your Payment Gateway provider.

 Our current providers are:

  • Paypal (Internal and External)
  • FirstData
  • Redecard
  • Realex Payments
  • Banorte
  • SagePay
  • Cielo
  • Mercado Pago
  • WorldPay
  • Transbank
  • NetCaixa

NOTE:

  • Regarding other providers, please let us know their contacts. We will contact their technical team to evaluate the possibility of establishing an interface with them.
  •  Please check here for details about How can I activate a Payment Gateway Integration?

STEP 2:   After selecting the provider, define with your Payment Gateway Account Manager the conditions to activate your service and steps needed to activate it.

STEP 3:  Inform your Payment Gateway provider that you'll be integrating with GuestCentric.

STEP 4:  Start the setup process within our platform to be ready for the integration.

ATTENTION:

  • Cancellations and updates to the Payment Gateway will not be made automatically with the GuestCentric integration and have to be made directly in the Payment Gateway account area.
  • Paypal Internal - This integration is using an API (payment are processed internally) and it's only available for EUA, Canada and UK. The guest will click to book, add the paypal details and the payment is proceeded internally.
  • Paypal External - When the guest is on the booking engine and clicks to book, a pop up from Paypal will be shown to proceed with the payment.
