How can I define my release days to cut off online bookings?

Our booking engine will never cut off bookings, meaning that you can always receive reservations for the same day, until 23:59

STEP 1:  First you need to go to SETUP > ADMINISTRATION > POLICIES.

STEP 2:  Click on EDIT so you can enter your cut off settings.

STEP 3:  On the "Cut off Booking" area, the hotel will be able to select the following options:

• Don't cut off

• Same day - this option will allow to define a specific time of the day, from which the hotel will no longer acept online reservations.

• Days in advance - this option will allow to define how many days in advance, the hotel will no longer acept online reservations (máx. 5 days)

STEP 4:  Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on the  button.

STEP 5:  Under the WEBSITE tab, click on PUBLISH CHANGES, so that all this information becomes available on the website.

NOTE: 

From now on, and according to the settings done here, your booking engine will no longer display availability online after the given days/time defined.

Instead, your potential guest will get your unavailability message, as on this example:
