How to check GDS property code?

There is a property code that identifies the hotel in each GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo and DHISCO).
Hotels with direct connection to GDS, are able to check those GDS property codes on guestcentric backend.

Please bear in mind that, all codes have the chain code prefix. Our chain name is Great Hotels of the World and the chain code is GW.

Example: (chaincode)propertycode > GWBLLVS

Note: The information will be automatically put in capital letters.

How to check GDS property codes?

STEP 1: First you need to go to SETUP > PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

STEP 2 : After editing the page, go to GDS Settings. In this area you can see:

Property Description: General Information about the property
Marketing Message 1: To provide short but relevant information about the property
Marketing 2: Extra marketing field
GDS Guarantee Description : Information about the default GDS Guarantee information
GDS Cancellation Description : Information about the default GDS Cancelation Policy information

STEP 3 : Check the GDS property code for each GDS´s.
