How can I set up different e-mails for different hotel notifications?

This area allows hoteliers to forward different types of hotel notifications to one or several e-mails, other than the main contacts. STEP 1: First, you need to go to SETUP > ADMINISTRATION.

  

STEP 2: Click on "Email notifications".

 

STEP 3 :  Now you just need to fill in the fields. The are three field types:

  • Reservations
  • Revenue Alerts
  • Website Contact Form

  

NOTE: These types of emails are emails sent by the Application to the Hotelier, none of these types include emails sent to the guest/ visitor.

  

STEP 4:  After that, click on Save and Close.
