How can I rate a guest?

STEP 1: First you need to go to the GUESTS tab.

STEP 2: Look for the guest you want to rate, click on how many stars you want to give to the guest (being 1 the lowest and 5 the highest rate).

ATTENTION:

Please be advised that if you have a repeating customer, a diamond will appear on the left side of the name with the number of times the guest has stayed on your hotel.
