How can I change my credit card's password?
STEP 1: Select SETUP > PAYMENTS > PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
STEP 2: Click "Manual Credit Card" and select "Open".
STEP 3: Complete with "Change password" and update the fields with the right information.
STEP 4: Hit "Save and Close" to complete the operation and now the new password to access to your client's credit card details is set.
Please make sure you define a password hint, so you can recover your password in the future.
Guestcentric does not hold any passwords and therefore in case you forget this password we have no way of resending it to you.
This password would have to be reset and a new one created.
Credit card details connected to reservations done prior to resetting this password will become unaccessible after this change.
