How can I create my deposit rules?

HOME > SETUP AREA > How can I create my deposit rules?

 

STEP 1: First you need to go to SETUP > PAYMENTS > CANCELLATIONS AND GUARANTEE and click NEW in order to create your cancellation and guarantee policy.


STEP 2: After defining your cancellation rules, please go to the deposit rules section and enter the relevant details:

 

STEP 3: Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on

 

 


ATTENTION:

Please note that after a deposit policy is created you can only change the Cancellation and Guarantee descriptions, not the rules itself.

In case you want to change a deposit rule, you will need to create a new policy.

Please remember that this may be done before or after the room types creation. If it's after, don't forget to assign the created policy to the room types, by following the steps described here
