How can I add subtitles to my pictures?

STEP 1: First you need to access your MEDIA MANAGER in order to select the relevant pictures.

The MEDIA MANAGER can be accessed on SETUP > MEDIA MANAGER.

STEP 2: If you wish to add new pictures, please follow the instructions given here.

STEP 3: Browse your library, select the pictures you want to add the subtitles and click on EDIT DESCRIPTION.

STEP 4: Insert the subtitles on the relevant field as shown here and click SAVE.

STEP 5: Make sure you get the following message

ATTENTION:

• You can also add subtitles directly on the room type and/or promtion. For more details please check STEP 7 of this ecard.
• Do not forget to publish your changes, under the WEBSITE tab, by clicking on PUBLISH CHANGES, so that all this information becomes available at your website.
