STEP 1: First you need to go to SETUP - HOME - CHANNEL SETTINGS.

STEP 2: Select Booking.com row by double-clicking on it.

STEP 3: Click on ACTIVE and enter the login credentials given by Booking.com

STEP 4: Click on TEST CONNECTION and make sure you receive the following message:

STEP 5: Under the BOOKING ALLOCATION section you have now 2 options for selection:

Set sales limit the same as hotel booking gadget - By selecting this option your total availability will be shared with Booking.com
Set sales limit per week day - By selecting this option you will be able to define which and how many rooms (on a weekly basis) you want to have available on Booking.com

You can set this for ALL ROOMS at the same time or PER ROOM separately.

STEP 6: Now you will need to connect to Booking.com inventory, in order to load the rooms available on Booking.com.

For this purpose you will need to click on the option "CLICK HERE"

Make sure you receive a similar success message:

STEP 7: Click on ADD in order to be able to map the room types between Guestcentric and Booking.com

For this you need to make sure you have similar room types in both platforms.

STEP 8: Click on SAVE for each room combination and continue adding the remaining room types.

STEP 9: After mapping all room types available, please click on and confirm that you wish to update your channels settings.

You will now see that Booking.com channel is already active.

STEP 10: Click on in order to define the rate policy you want to have on Booking.com

Here you also have 2 options available:

Price parity - By selecting this option you will have rate parity in between both platforms
Best Rate Guarantee - By selecting this option you can define the amounts you wish to add to the existing room prices.

If using PERCENTAGE, you will be increasing your Booking.com rates with the % defined here.

If using FLAT RATE, you will be increasing your Booking.com rates with the fixed amount defined here.

STEP 11: To save this information click on

STEP 12: To complete the process you now need to go to the REVENUE tab and click on REVIEW & PUBLISH CHANGES

In order to be able to complete all the steps described above and activate Booking.com connector, you need to make sure you:
