EXPEDIA:  On the activation process you need to fill a form and send it to Expedia rollout team, requesting webservices activation. They will then provide the following details:

  • XML switch to RDXEurope Channel Manager.
  • Pricing Model
  • Hotel Code
  • XML Username
  • XML Password

 

TRAVELOCITY/ LASTMINUTE: You will need to request  to your account manager the following:

  • XML switch to RDXEurope Channel Manager.
  • switch from Allocated inventory to SiteMinder_RDX.

 

LATEROOMS: You will need to request  to your account manager to XML switch to RDXEurope Channel Manager.

  • As soon as the switch is done the channel will proceed with a reset and all your previous setup will be cleared out. You will have to setup the channel and add a room ref code.

ORBITZ:  The RDX team will create a new reservation email that will replace the one you have set on the channel

  • We will request you to get in touch with your account manager and request them to add the new Email.

HOTELBEDS: After channel activation, you will need to contact your channel account manager and request them to activate reservation delivery, to make sure that all new reservations will be processed through the Channel Manager.

 

NOTE: You must keep Guestcentric updated about any changes made on User/Passwords credentials.
