- PDF documents include auto-generated thumbnails for instant visual recognition
Step-by-step
Step 1
Navigate to the Setup area in the main menu and select Media Manager
Step 2
To upload files, drag and drop your images or PDFs into the workspace
Step 3
Use the top filter bar to toggle between Used and Unused files to verify active assets or quickly clear out obsolete images to free up storage space
Step 4
Select multiple assets using checkboxes or keyboard shortcuts to apply tags and descriptions in bulk
