Melissa is GuestCentric's AI Sales Assistant designed to boost direct hotel bookings and guest satisfaction around the clock:

How to activate?

STEP 1: Navigate to Custom BE Settings
- Log into your GuestCentric backoffice and go to: Hypercommerce > Personalized Interactions > Custom BE's

STEP 2: Select your Booking Engine Domain
- Find your desired booking engine domain in the list and double-click on it to open its configuration settings.

STEP 3: Enable Melissa (Hyperagent)
- Within the domain settings, navigate to the Hyperagent tab/section. Toggle or set the status to Active. Save your changes to enable Melissa live on your booking engine or share on website.
