How to Activate & Manage Videos

STEP 1: Enable Video Manager

Log into the GuestCentric backend

- Go to Setup > Room Types
- On the top toolbar, click Video Manager
- Toggle the switch to Live to enable video capabilities on your booking engine

STEP 2: Add, Edit, or Delete Room Videos

Go to Setup > Room Types

- Click Video Manager on the top toolbar
- Select the specific Room Type you want to update
- Click Video Options
- Choose your desired action: Create New Video, Upload, or Delete

STEP 3: Republish Website / Booking Engine

To ensure your new video media displays smoothly to potential guests, please republish your site: Website > More options > Republish website
