How can I set the payment methods for my property?

HOME > SETUP AREA > How can I set the payment methods for my property?

 

STEP 1: First you need to go to SETUP > PAYMENTS > PAYMENT METHODS.

 

STEP 2: On PAYMENT METHODS, you will be able to define the payment options you will acept in your booking engine.

 

Click on NEW, select the relevant option from the drop down list and click on ACTIVE to make it available online. 

 

 

STEP 3: Click SAVE AND CLOSE or  SAVE AND NEW if you want to insert another payment method type.   

 

After this you will be able to see the list of the active payment methods.

These are the current avaliable payment methods:

 

  


ATTENTION:

  • In case you wish to remove a payment method from your booking engine, you need to deactivate it on this list.
  • For that you need to select the relevant payment method and then double click on it or click OPEN. On the next screen, you have to unflag the option ACTIVE and then save your changes by clicking on SAVE & CLOSE.
  • From now on this payment method will appear on the list with status INACTIVE and will no longer appear on your booking engine.

STEP 4: You can also add a "Direct Pay Online" method. In order to do it, first you need to request a support team member to activate this payment method and then go to Setup - Payments - Payment Confirmation

STEP 5: Double click on the "Direct Pay Online", insert the Merchant ID and tick the active box.

STEP 6: When clients are booking, it will appear the option to pay with EPG

NOTE:  External Payments Gateways are shown just if the offer has guarantee and deposit.

STEP 6: After that the guest will be redirected to pay on Direct Pay Online page, to insert their payment information and after thhat they will be re-direct to our webpage with the reservation details.


ATTENTION:

  • On notes field, inside the reservation, is shown how much was paid and the gateway transaction ID
