First make sure you have created the same offer on the channel side - Creating a promotion on guestcentric, doesnt create automatically the same offer on the channels side. This will have to be done directly on the channel extranet. - Perform relevant mappings on SETUP - CHANNEL SETTINGS and then publish updates on REVENUE area - This is only valid for guestcentric direct connections (Booking & Expedia).
