Customize your campaign with all the restrictions you can think of **Basic=**Use your campaign everywhere. Use the basic features that allow you a quick mapping to channels --- **STEP 4:**Build the campaign code using the form. You need to fill the following information: **4.1 General** Name: Name of the Campaign code Promo code: Dial a code (numbers of text) that you want to use as the code to use on the booking engine Status: Active if you want to start using once you save the code or inactive if you want to stop using the code or save it for later. Long description: Description of the campaign code. This area has all the text tools you need to edit content (Bold, Italic, links, PDF,etc...) **4.2 Cancellations and Guarantees** Cancelation policy that will be assigned to the Campaign. Its possible to inherit from rate plan or add an existing policy Guarantee policy that will be assigned to the Campaign. Its possible to inherit from rate plan or add an existing policy **4.3 Pricing** Price Type: Available options: Discount, Increase or Free nights Campaing Amount: Available options: Percentage or Currency Set price per weekday **4.4 Restrictions** Set Active Period: Period where a guest can stay at your property booking wiht this Campaign code. Create on Booking.com (if Booking.com is connected on the channel manager) **4.5 Extra Information** This field allows you to send extra information to the PMS on the reservation notes. Not mandatory, but it could be helpful to share some indications with the operational staff when a reservation with a certain campaign code is delivered on the PMS. This area lists all the campaign codes, but our filters allow you to filter by: active, inactive, all, and chain. Accumulative PointsTag Markup Country Is Pre-paid **4.6 Rate Plans** Select the rate plans where this code will be implemented. You can select one or more from the dual-box picklist.
