You can either choose the default template or 2 content areas. ***STEP 3:***When selecting your page banner you have different options: no banner, [image banner](https://help.guestcentric.com/), slideshow or video. You also have the option to include promotions in [banner](https://help.guestcentric.com/) by clicking on the box. ***STEP 4:***Write your page content and don’t forget the side bar as well. Consider using gadgets like the [weather](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-add-the-weather.html), [contact form](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-manage-contact-forms-on-my-webpageshtml), [newsletter](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-add-the-newslet.html), [facebook](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-add-the-facebook-gadget-to-my-sidebar.html) and [content blocks](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-create-a-content-block). ***STEP 5:*** Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on the button. ## Editing a WebPage ***STEP 1:***Select the Website page you want to work and click on **OPEN**or double-click over the website page. ***STEP 2:***In the website page view, click on **EDIT**. - Here you can change several areas available, according to your needs: - [Page Settings](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-define-and-organize-the-menus-of-my-website) - [Banner](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-manage-the-banners-of-my-web-pages) - [Page Introduction / Content / Sidebar Content](#page) - [Page SEO](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-enhance-the-seo-per-page) - A new pop up window will appear so you are able to make your changes. Make sure you click UPDATE to save them. - In order to make sure the new content will not bring unformatted text again, please use the feature "**Paste as text**", or use a simple Text Formatting Tool from your computer: When you click on it, a message will appear advising the following: ***STEP 4:***Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on the button. ## Adding a picture to the body of the webpage. ***STEP 1:*** First you need to go to the **WEBSITE** tab and select the Website page you want to work and click on **OPEN** or double-click over the website page. **STEP 2:** In the website page view, click on **EDIT**. ***STEP 3:*** Select the content area (Page Introduction or Sidebar Content) where you want to insert the picture and click on the icon to access the Media Manager area. ***STEP 4:***Browse your library and select the pictures you want to add to this specific area, by clicking on the **INSERT**button. ***STEP 5:*** When inserting a new image to the website body you can define the size you want, just selecting one of the options available. **Note:** In case the images appear greyed out, this means that image is too small to be used on that area. Please make sure all the relevant images fit the minimum size required visible at the top of the screen. In case you wish to crop or upload more images to the media manager please see more details [here](https://help.guestcentric.com/how-can-i-manage-images-and-pdf-on-the-media-manager). ## Deleting a WebPage ***STEP 1:*** Click twice on the page you want to delete. ***STEP 2:*** Click on **DELETE**. ***STEP 3:*** A pop up window will appear for you to confirm changes. Click **YES** and then **OK** ## Activate/deactivate a website page? ***STEP 1:*** Choose the page you wish to activate/deactivate by clicking once on it. ***STEP 2:*** Click on **More Options**. If you choose Deactivate, the page will no longer appear on the website. If you choose **Activate** the page will be enabled and will be showned on the website. --- **ATTENTION:** Do not forget to publish your changes, under WEBSITE tab, by clicking on PUBLISH CHANGES, so that all this information becomes available at your website.
