--- title: "How can I create an offline Reservation?" url: https://guestcentric-help.guestcentric.net/en/how-can-i-create-an-offline-reservation language: en is_homepage: false hotel: GuestCentric Support Page city: Alges country: Portugal phone: "+351 21 036-0906" email: support@guestcentric.com --- # GuestCentric Support Page menutoggle [Attend Guestcentric Webinar](mailto:support@guestcentric.com?subject=Attend Guestcentric Webinar) # How can I create an offline Reservation? | HOME > RESERVATIONS AREA > How can I create an offline Reservation? | | --- | The hotel has the possibility to create a backend reservation with a different channel than just "Back-office".All channels active will be available for a new back-office reservation, including: - Back-office - Email - Back-office - Groups - Back-office - Phone - Back-office - Walk in This will allow the hotelier to better detail back-office reservations. --- ***STEP 1:***First you need to go to the **RESERVATIONS** tab and click on **NEW RESERVATION**. ***STEP 2:***Select the relevant dates on the calendar and the desired room type from the availability list and click on**MAKE RESERVATION**. ***STEP 3:***Insert the reservation details ***STEP 4:*** On the **GUEST INFORMATION** area look up if this guest is already on your database, just by entering its name. - If not, you can create a **NEW GUEST**. The fields highlighted in red are mandatory.
