How can I publish my website via FTP details?

STEP 1: Go to SETUP > ADMINISTRATION > HOSTING SETTINGS.

STEP 2: Under "Select your hosting" field, please select the option "Other web hosting account".

STEP 3: Write your domain (ex: www.hotelname.com or ftp.hotelname.com) under the Server field.

STEP 4: Insert your username and password.

STEP 5: Leave the port 21 written and insert the remote root, (i.e. the folder where the new files to compose your website are going to be located.

For example:/public.html

STEP 6: Click on TEST CONNECTION.

ATTENTION:

If the test is successful save those settings and publish your website, by going to WEBSITE tab and click on PUBLISH CHANGES.

If the test reports an error, please confirm your FTP details and if your server is working properly – repeat the steps.
