How can I edit my guest's preferences?

STEP 1: First you need to go to the GUESTS tab.

STEP 2: Select the relevant guest by double-clicking on it or select it and click on OPEN.

STEP 3: Within the next screen, scroll down until you find the GUEST PREFERENCES area.

STEP 4: Click on EDIT.

STEP 5: Add the relevant details and select the aplicable options.

STEP 6: Click on SAVE.

You will now receive a confirmation message as displayed below:

STEP 7: Click on OK and your guest's preferences are now duly update on its profile.
