How can I edit a cancellation and guarantee policy?

HOME > SETUP AREA > How can I edit a cancellation and guarantee policy?

 

STEP 1: First you need to go to SETUP > PAYMENTS > CANCELLATIONS AND GUARANTEE and click once on the cancellation and guarantee policy you want to change and select Open.

 

STEP 2:  Click EDIT.

STEP 3: After that you can access to the information and change it according what you want. 

STEP 4: Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on .

 

 

 


ATTENTION:

Please note that after a cancellation and guarantee policy is created you can only change the Cancellation and Guarantee descriptions, not the rules.
