How can I create a promotion with percentage discount?

STEP 1: First you need to go to SETUP > HOME > PROMOTIONS and click  in order to create your new promotion.

NOTE: This can be done also directly from the REVENUE area, under the PROMOTIONS area.

STEP 2: Select the promotion types by following the instructions available on STEP 2 of the following e- card

STEP 3: Enter the promotion's name, title, descriptions and flag the option ACTIVE.

STEP 4: Add a picture, by clicking on 

STEP 5:  After adding all details referred on the previous e- card, you can select 2 options for the promotion rate type:

• you can select a 'FLAT RATE' - where you type the promotion price per night, as you wish to be displayed:

• OR you can select a ' PERCENTAGE DISCOUNT ' - where you can add the percentage that you which to be discounted on the roomtype default price.

STEP 6: Make sure you save all the information entered by clicking on 

ATTENTION:

• In order to help you find the existing promotions, you can filter the list according to the promotions name & status.
• To search a promotion by name you just need to enter the relevant word and click on FILTER.
• To search a promotion by its status you just need to select the desired option on the left navigation panel. You can filter to see ALL PROMOTIONS, ACTIVE PROMOTIONS, INACTIVE PROMOTIONS.

•  Do not forget to publish your changes, under the WEBSITE tab, by clicking on PUBLISH CHANGES, so that all this information becomes available at your website.
