How can I activate a property to be listed on my portal?

STEP 1:  First you need to login on your property (microsite) backend.

  

STEP 2:  Go to SETUP > CHANNEL SETTINGS

   

STEP 3:  Select your portal from the list available and click on the EDIT button.

     

STEP 4:  On the next screen enter your portal credentials ( Channel Hotel ID + Channel Hotel Password ) provided by Guestcentric.

STEP 5:  Click on the ACTIVE button, and then save your changes by clicking on the  button.

   

NOTE:

  • Now on your portal backend, you will be able to see this property listed under SETUP > MANAGE HOTELS.

  

  • To deactivate a property from the portal, just follow the same instructions as shown above, until you reach STEP 5 and then click INACTIVE instead.
